One of my most requested tiktoks turned into a blog post. For many luxury shoppers at this price point, the priorities are quality and classic style, something that can be worn for many years. I tried to keep those qualities in mind while compiling this list.

While I try to avoid recommending mini bags as luxury bags at a low price point (don’t we all want functionality?) crossbody wallets are an exception. They transition well from day to night, don’t look silly if you add a tote or backpack to hold larger items, and work for women of all ages. Prada and Louis Vuitton are two of my favorite wallet companies because of their quality. This wallet features a durable leather and gold hardware.

Loewe is an eternal favorite for quality leathers, exceptional craftsmanship, and sophisticated yet whimisical styling. This tote bag is the perfect summer bag for vacations and errands around town. The logo understated, given its prominent placement on the bag and for well under $1000, this is a great choice for a first designer novelty bag.

Bottega is having a much deserved moment. The bulb bag is large enough to fit essential and is made of Bottega’s signature small weave leather, intrecciato, a classic alternative to their trending larger weaves.

A tote is always a practical choice. YSL’s East West provides a subtle and more budget friendly alternative to the Louis Vuitton Neverfull. I prefer the Storm Grey version for its four season wearability and depth.
